Acceptance of Quotation

On signed acceptance of our quotation, 50% of the total amount must be deposited. Please forward proof of payment.

Dispatch of Orders

Orders received will be invoiced when the order is ready. Once confirmation of payment of the balance is received, the order will dispatched.

Transportation

We make use of either the Post Office (counter to counter) or a Courier Service (door to door). We will cover the cost of the packaging, but you will be responsible for the transport costs. We will, however, make use of the most cost-effective method. You can also make use of your own transport.

Delivery Time

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If we have all the items in stock, we will sent it asap, but in the event that we do not, you may wait up to 4 weeks for your order.

Special Requests

Our range is quite comprehensive, but if there is something you need that is not in our catalogue, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Returns Policy

No returns are accepted unless: (a) we incorrectly supplied you with the wrong stock or (b) the item is of an inferior quality or damaged. If the item was damaged by the Post Office or Courier Service, it is to be noted on the delivery slip and signed by the official delivering the parcel. The extent of the damage is also to be noted on the delivery slip, otherwise no items will be accepted for return. Damaged or incorrectly supplied goods need to be returned within 3 weeks of receipt to qualify for credit.

Wholesale Price List

In the event of a price increase a month's notice will be given prior to the change. All stockists will receive the same price list and no further discounts are given.

Color Variations

The products are subject to availability of fabric. To prevent any disappointment, order the full set so the fabric match.
